End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and WorkSwipe Inc. (“WorkSwipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the WorkSwipe mobile application (the “App”) made available on iOS and Android platforms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

End User Agreement for WorkSwipe

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, WorkSwipe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, or for professional use related to recruitment activities.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the App to third parties;

  • Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

3. Ownership

WorkSwipe retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These updates may be automatically installed without prior notice. Continued use after an update signifies your agreement to the modified EULA terms.

5. Data Collection & Privacy​

Your use of the App is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and use your personal data, including any media content you submit. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

6. Termination

This EULA will terminate immediately without notice if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruption or error, or that it will meet your expectations or employment objectives.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkSwipe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.
