This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our mobile application, WorkSwipe, Canada's first video-first job platform, website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

As such, WorkSwipe may use your data to train and improve our AI models, only wherever it's required. A separate clear consent will be prompted in-app whenever prompted to ensure transparency and informed consent

What This Means: Your anonymized profile data, interaction patterns, and content may be used to enhance job-matching algorithms; video introduction/resume (VidTro) content may be analyzed to improve communication assessment tools; and resume and skills data may help train better candidate-employer matching systems. All training data is anonymized and cannot be traced back to individual users​

Your Control: You may withdraw from data collection for AI model training by rejecting the consent in-app or emailing us at privacy@workswipe.ca. Opting out will not impact your ability to use WorkSwipe's services, and training data derived from your information will be deleted upon withdrawal
